Javier Llaca is co-founder and Chief Operating and Investment Officer at Fibra Mty, a real estate investment trust, REIT or FIBRA, publicly traded in the Mexican stock exchange since 2014. Fibra Mty invests and manages a diversified, high quality corporate real estate portfolio in Mexico, with a predominant component of office buildings and industrial properties. He was Chairman for Mexico of the Urban Land Institute from 2016 to 2018, and he is a professor at the Real Estate Investment and Development program of ULI. He’s currently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce and member of the Commission for Development of Investment for the State of Nuevo Leon.
